Do Dynasty addons work on a MAC as well as Windows machines?

They certainly do. The addons only depend on World of Warcraft to work. As long as WoW works, the addons will work.

Are Dynasty addons legal since you’re selling them?

We go to great lengths to make sure we follow the EULA, and no one has gotten banned in 6 years, so I’d say we do pretty well with keeping it on the legal side.

Will I get banned for using these addons?

See #2, in 6 years of business, no one has ever been banned for using our addons.

Are the addons really hard to install?

They are not really all that tough to install. We have detailed video and written install instructions for manual installation. The addons are in zip files and it’s a matter of extracting them to WoW AddOns folder and you should be off and running. We’re also developing a new auto-installer/updater program you can use to install and keep your addons up to date without having to do the install all on your own.

Oh noes! I just purchased an addon but did not get the email with my login info! What do I do now?

Try to purchase using Paypal. If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to head over to clickbank.com and talk to their customer service. You see, to keep our customers identities and data safe, we don’t handle any part of the transactions. Rest assured, they are a big company that handles a LOT of products like ours. Thusly they are good at being fast at taking care of stuff like this.
